I have started to pack my winter apparels and gears (to suite Japan's weather - daytime 19◦C & night time 14◦C) as well as health supplements, toiletries, sanitary, and etc.
My tour is starting on 10 April and ending on 16 April. I am travelling with Mom this time around.
I have a messenger (colleague from Japan) to disseminate info related to Kansai (Kyoto & Osaka) and Kanto (Tokyo) to me.
Latest update: In Tokyo, 'sakura' already fully bloomed this week (w/c 31 Mar) but Osaka and Kyoto is only 70% (checked through internet). My friend said this will normally happened later in Kansai (which is also our 1st stop).
Cherry blossoms usually need about 1 week from the start of their bloom to become fully open. By the time I am in Osaka on 10th, cherry blossoms would be nicely bloomed, happy happy :-)
My friend also said that Kyoto has the best "cherry blossoms" each April.
