Everyday Tai Chi 太极
I have signed up Tai Chi lesson (it's the 陈式太极) nearby my housing area.

It was held every Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The class is not big, Master Lee has got about 10 students (teached them sword and pole/stick) and Master Mrs Lee has got 4 new students including me, doing the basics.
The fees are S$ 45.00 per quarter (3 months) and S$ 30.00 for any subsequent quarters.
It's coming to 3 weeks now! After taking the lessons, I felt my arms and shoulder are more relieved, not as pain as before (as I used to sit down long hours reading emails without moving away from my chair). Tai Chi has made me slept well and regained energies "or chi", sweats easily and detoxifying my body, makes me felt more vibrant and gaves good circulation of blood, etc....
Note: Taiji is not easy to learn by watching video clips or CD (what we see is the reverse side), but with a mirror standing at the side of the TV would helps. It's even better if you could learn it from an experienced instructor.
With that, I left Tuesday and Wednesday for swimming or watching movie @ Vivocity with friends. Hmmm, I felt my schedule is well planned and pretty occupied with healthy stuff !!
