Expressive Arts Workshop

Our company has invited Ms Isabel Lofgren (B.A., M.F.A., Ph.D.), an artist, designer, Internet consultant, researcher and lecturer at Lasalle College of the Arts, Singapore to conduct a Creativity for Work and Life workshop in our office on 19 Sept, 2008 (Fri) @ 4:30pm (which I have signed up for).

Isabel not only specializes in theories of visual psychology and communication but she also experienced in teaching art and media for youth in non-profit organizations in developing countries as well as at university level in Singapore. This workshop attends to those who want to discover their own innate creativity and those seeking more knowledge about the world of images. It is aimed at those who believe in the importance of the arts and creativity in a productive and enriching life.

This workshop intends to awaken that inner child through the stimulus of images and image-making and highlights the importance of a heightened state of awareness of the visuality around us and inside of us.

The creative strategies used are pertinent today as corporate culture moves towards adopting creative strategies as a source of productivity in a corporate environment. The workshop aims to unfold this awareness and imagination......
