Celebrated Ivan's Birthday




It is our 2nd time visited East Coast Park's Seafood Centre in Singapore. The 1st time, we went to Long Beach Restaurant for chilli crab and this time we were @ Jumbo 珍寳 Restaurant for geoducks 象拔蚌 (elephant trunk clams or xiang par pang in chinese).






The dishes we have ordered were:-

1. Geoducks 象拔蚌 - cut in slides like raw sashimi style, dipped in soy sauce & wasabi.



2. Live Bamboo Clams 竹滩 - steamed with flavoured minced garlic & superior light soya sauce, topped with vermicelli.

3. Sri Lankan Chilli Crab - stir fried in rich savoury chilli gravy & best served with "Man Tou=bread".

4. 上湯 Taiwan lala 蝲蝲 (soupy type).

Wow! It was good!
