Pan-fried Egg

Something different that I have tried.... all the way from Vietnam....

Ingredients
6 slices of Chinese sausages
1 tsp chopped shallots
1 tbsp minced pork
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp diced Vietnamese sausage or diced black peper sausage
1 tbsp diced spring onions

Seasonings
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce




Methods
1. Heat up oil in pot, fry sausage until fragrant. Drain.

2. Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil, add in shallots and stir-fry till golden brown. Stir-fry minced pork and Seasonings till fragrant. Remove and set aside.

3. Melt unsalted butter in the pot, fry eggs till half-cooked and the sides display golden brown colour. Add in minced pork mixture, sprinkle diced Vietnamese sausage, Chinese sausage and diced spring onions over the eggs. Serve.
