L&L - Healthy Eating to Prevent Chronic Diseases

On Wednesday (22 Oct) lunch time, Phoebe Tay came to our office to do a talk on Healthy Eating to Prevent Chronic Diseases. Phoebe holds a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and is currently a Dietitian at the National University Hospital.

Phoebe's presentation has covered topics of:-

  • Risk factors for Chronic Diseases
  • How to manage the individual risk factors through diet
  • Healthy eating out choices
  • Healthy cooking tips
