Mixed Vegetables


Ingredients

200g cauliflower
200g broccoli
1/2 stalk of carrot, cut in pieces
5 mushrooms
2 shallots, chopped
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
some cornflour mixed with water





Methods

1. Rinse all vegetables in hot water then sieve with fresh tap water.

2. Heat up the oil, fry garlic till fragrant. Pour all vegetables (half-cooked) into the wok, add oyster sauce and water, and fry them momentarily.

3. Lastly, pour the cornflour into the dish and stir evenly. Serve.

Broccoli contains much B-carotenes and glutathione that fights against cancer and suppress activated oxygen. It adds brilliance to the skin and defies aging on cellular level. Its chlorophyll helps prevent arteriosclerosis too.
